Margherita vegana al Gino Sorbillo — Recensione di annemarie (6 set 2021)

I was a bit scared because I read on the menu that tofu is used as mozzarella and I thought they would just put some slices on the pizza. I was wrong! The tofu was soft and tasty and the pizza was incredible with fresh products.. I loved it!
