
Really lovely granola—a uniquely warming, zesty granola with turmeric and ginger. I enjoyed it in a bowl of oatgurt, but TJ’s also suggests tossing in a coconut beverage or a parfait of mango purée and yogurt, which does sound nice. Cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla make it perfect for fall.
Contains brown rice syrup and cane sugar within the first 3 ingredients. Brown rice syrup is actually listed twice and cane sugar a few times, so it’s quite up there in terms of added sugars. The saturated fat is also quite high from the coconut oil. However, it’s also high in good things like fiber and iron!
