Sweet & sticky soy glazed tofu, udon noodles, chillies, sesame, spring onions & pak choi from Samphire restaurant in South Queensferry.

I don't know if I'd say the tofu was sticky and glazed, it seemed more like it has been marinated so it did have a nice flavour but it wasn't sticky on the outside. The noodles were really good, the sauce was very rich and had a deep umami flavour with lots of soy sauce. The pak choi was crisp and fresh and the veg was shredded really thin so you could get a bite of everything in one mouthful which was nice. It was a pricey stir fry at £14.95 but it was a very nice restaurant and it was a special occasion.
