Oh snap! This Marinated Jackfruit Reuben was phenomenal!!! It consisted of jackfruit, homemade red kraut, Vegan mozzarella, and Vegan thousand island dressing on rye bread with a side of sweet potato fries. Rich, savory, and tangy! It's a perfectly balanced sandwich!!! 🥰
