how nice! wish more places here would be open to veganizing their dishes!

Gabriel's Cafe

Not even a blink! when we asked if the special could be made vegan! Lovely! They substituted tofu for eggs and switched out the dairy to vegan cheese. It was delicious. 

Plus! I’m a girl who likes a lot of food (if it’s good) and this was very generous. 

Love Gabriel’s!!
