Chile en Nogada

Vegan cat cafe and supermarket, with your purchase you help to our cat shelter call EL GATO VAGo we have over 150 cats.

This “Chile en Nogada” was amazing! The filling was hearty,  complete with  nuts, seitan, dried fruits and spices, the poblano chili was right on point and the creamy nut sauce complimented well with the pomegranate seeds and parsley. 
As a Mexican vegan, I’m happy to know there’s a fair priced vegan option for this time of year. What a  delight!
