Review of Lion mane karahage at Saute Sushi by shawneofthedead
This was yummy as a side dish but not the most special thing we ate tonight. As usual, the texture of the lion's mane mushroom is delightful, especially when lightly fried as these karahage were. Still prefer Warung Ijo's ayam penyet when it comes to fried 'chicken' though!
