Okay, this really caught me by surprise as I still can't believe it's vegan.
Field Roast Italian sausage tasted like the real deal, like premium pork sausage with herbs.
I saute the sausage with vegan butter till fragrant and lightly browned, stuffed it in between a lightly toasted hotdog bread, and finally topped it with some sweet Thai chill sauce, and this complete my breakfast for the day! :)
