Mediterranean Bowl al Organic Garden Cafe — Recensione di Rachel (5 ago 2021)

Went on a trip out to Salem recently and was so, so pleased to find this restaurant! I always prefer eating at/supporting all vegan restaurants whenever possible and this was the closest to where I was staying. I actually really wish that we had one of these in socal, but I’m also kind of grateful we don’t because I would probably be giving them my entire paycheck. Super cute interiors, wonderful (and fairly diverse) menu, and all fairly healthy I’d say! This to me was the perfect bowl, because it wasn’t too much like a salad, but enough greens to feel both very light and very filling. As a testament to how much I enjoyed this, I literally pulled out my phone mid meal and started typing out the ingredients in my notes app so I could attempt to recreate it at home lol. All in all a very pleasant experience!
