The pasta was over priced, flat flavor, and kind of lazily done. I could have made this myself for 1/4 of the cost and did a better job, and I'm a bad cook. The sauce was hearty, which was nice, and it WAS a vegan option, albeit one that was subbing out cheese "vegetarian made vegan". I only got this dish because their vegan pita was inexplicably unavailable for dinner ordering.

The overall lack of vegan options here is wholly disappointing, considering how easy it is to veganize literally any Italian dish. Just don't put animal flesh or secretions in your food! Only defense of Batangas' lack of concern for their vegan patrons is the fact that it must be very difficult to stock the numerous vegetable ingredients required to churn out vegan meals for how busy the beachfront is and how much space these specialized additives cost.
