Supaaah food! I have these almost every day in overnight oats. A Must-eat even if not vegan. Note: to get the nutritional benefits must be soaked or grounded.
2 tbps of chia seeds has:
64% more potassium as bananas
5x more calcium than milk
20% protein
32% of your daily magnesium
2x the antioxidants of blueberries
100% more omega-3 than salmon
40% of your daily fiber
3x more iron than spinach
(I store mine in jars to protect against pantry moths)
