Review of Zalmon with Truffle Bits at Saute Sushi by roshninagaria
First off, I have to say: I have never eaten fish, so I cannot compare this to real salmon.
This nigiri was $3.50 for two. I could have easily eaten both if I was not sharing it with someone else.
I have no idea what they make the zalmon out of but it is good! The texture was so interesting and cool. It was soft, light, and slippery; it was very enjoyable! I’m not even sure it really had a distinct flavour, but it was still worth it! The truffle touch was perfect - not too much, not too little. Hidden is the rice, but I assure you it’s there.
I wonder how they made this look so salmon like!
I recommend getting this if you go to Sauté Sushi! I will definitely be giving it another go.
