Very well seasoned!
This is actually a vegetarian dish but you can let the staff know you are vegan and they will accommodate 🌱 super easy switch cuz the only thing here that wasn’t vegan was the butter they sauté the mushrooms in
Although they had to change the recipe, the mushrooms were divine- super garlicky and paired nicely with the other toast - a classic avo on toast.
However, the bread was kinda burnt and lacked the sourdough flavor which I was hoping it to have…
