Doko demo has a vegan version of everything you once loved. I was a huge fan of caesar salad before I was vegan so I love to try different venues recreations of the dish which is highly reliant on non vegan products for the signature dressing. Doko produced a very beautiful dish which was reminiscent of caesar but the dressing just did not taste like a traditional caesar. It was good however and worth the price.
