Honestly I wasn't that impressed. It's not unpleasant tasting, but the texture is stodgy and somehow feels like all potato? I do love potato, don't get me wrong. But I can make a better tortilla myself. Possibly I had high expectations because I make tortilla quite a lot. I would buy it again if I was hungry and out of the house, it would be a decent filling snack in a pinch. But I wouldn't have it for a meal at home.
