Vegetarian Chicken Rice al Bao Su Zhai 寶素齋 — Recensione di Qian (2 lug 2021)

I like how the “skin” of the beancurd is a bit crispy! I think the beancurd flavour is nice and adequately salty. The flavour of the rice is okay too, not oily at all! They gave 2 pieces of cucumber but I would have liked it better if they gave more veggies!
