Just saw this at Trader Joe’s and decided to give it a try. Huge hit in our household!! Great “bright” flavors and very tasty, the red peppers and tomato shine. We put it on a veggie burger, as a topping on some potatoes, and as a dip with crackers. It was all good! This will now be a staple for us.
