I've had this product before and I'm sure I'll have it many times again. This has a subtle Cheesecake flavour, but seems lighter and not as rich as a dairy version would be, which to me, is a good thing. If you leave it sitting out a bit too long on a hot day like today, it becomes more like a pudding texture-wise, but still very delicious. I had mine with fresh strawberries, and loved it.
