Woah! This was really impressive when it comes to the flavor and the texture on the outside. Really nice flavor as I find some meat alternatives to be simply salty and/or oily instead of flavorful. It’s the texture that won me over though, like it legit feels like chicken on the outside. (On the inside it’s more like jackfruit, but still good!)
Can’t wait to try it in other dishes 😆 While the price makes me think twice and the inside could be perhaps slightly improved, I’ll probably buy it again!
