Gluten Free All-Purpose Baking Flour del Bob's Red Mill — Recensione di ambmay (29 giu 2021)

This flour is reliable. Just make sure you add xanthan gum to baked goods or else they'll be hard and wont rise as much. The guide for how much xanthan gum to include is printed on the back of the package.
It's fairly expensive but I'd rather have that than an upset gut and inflammation like with wheat flour.
