Quirk used to be my favorite mock meat when I was vegetarian. I missed it after going vegan and was very happy to discover they did away with the eggs in their product (at least with the few products I saw).
They don’t taste like I remember and I cooked them as instructed but my patty got really dry like it was over cooked. It still had that nice crispy caring I remember. Can’t wait to try some more Quorn products.
