I just learned that this local deli has some vegan options. I tried this "Vegan Veggie" sandwich and it was great. It has hummus, avocado, sprouts, spinach, tomatoes, cucumber and onions. Simple but delicious.

One of the employees there was vegan and she was really helpful, explaining the ways they can customize other vegan options if I was interested. I've been there twice now and will go back for sure.
