Abundance Salad al Bounty Beets — Recensione di mariadcosta (21 giu 2021)

Quinoa salad with corn, chickpea, roasted cashew, rucola and avocado with a balsamic vinaigrette. Enjoyable but a bit of a let down, the description on the menu stated that the dish included mixed seeds (missing), tomatoes (also missing), that the chickpeas are marinated in pesto (tasted pretty plain) and the corn is charred (tasted like regular boiled corn to me).
