This is the third no egg & cress sandwich I have tried following M&S and Sainsburys.
The Tesco version has a strong tofu taste but everything was bland while the Sainsburys one is more flavourful.
The M&S one had a starchy texture because of the beans and didn't contain tofu.
So it really depends if you like the taste of tofu.
