Thought I'd give these #beanchips a go because I had my positive experience with tempeh chips in the back of my mind. Ended up deploying them for the first time as a complement to my sausage bun, which had anyway taken on a quasi-Mexican theme 😅
The brand works hard to underscore its eschewal of corn/gluten/"nasties" in its products, but honestly I'd miss corn if the alternatives tasted like this 😔 The product scores highly on everything else, but the flavour of the #pintobeans was weak, and even the #seasalt didn't really manage to make things more fun 😑 I may get it again as a versatile complement to other flavours, but I think it's a bit too bland to be snackable, even with a dip on the side.
