This cheeze is phenomenal! The taste, texture, and flavor are on point! Miyoko Schinner created a dairy-free cheeze empire and I love it! She recently made an appearance in Forbes' 50 over 50. Miyoko is such a lovely, compassionate lady. We definitely need more people like her in this world. Hopefully, one day I will get to visit, Rancho Compasión, a farmed animal sanctuary that rescues neglected farm animals.
