This is absolutely, surprisingly, delicious! I've missed tuna more than anything. I put it in a bowl, added some Vegan mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. I love tuna salad on crackers! I was very impressed with the texture and flavor. This is an excellent faux tuna product and I will definitely buy it again! 🥳
