Risotto. Filling. Truffle Oil!!!!

I very much enjoyed this dish. I needed to eat something that would keep me full and make sure I would not feel hungry for the rest of the day - it worked perfectly! This is the bigger portion - it also comes in smaller size. The truffle oil was a nice addition. I thought there could have been more asparagus :)
