These are unbelievably airy and light, like crispy #onion clouds that melt on your tongue right away 🧅 ☁️
They’re naturally a bit sweet from the onion, fried with rice bran oil and salt. As #veganjunkfood goes, at least they kept it simple (although air-frying would be even better🤞🏼)
I’d like to try them in a sandwich or burger next time to add some oniony flavor and nice texture 🥪🍔
