I LOVELOVELOVE THIS PINEAPPLE FRIED RICE!! I have always loved pineapple fried rice since forever, so when I saw that they have a vegan version I HAD to try it!
The vegan floss wasnt too sweet! Just the way I like it and the rice was really crispy with a slight hint of pineapples! Other ingredients included fried cashews, ‘prawn’ slices and mixed vegetables!
My only issue w this dish is an over-addition of turmeric. It’s just a tad bit too much! But the sweetness of the pineapple balances it out a little so it’s not such a big issue!
Price was about $6.50! Portion was a bit more than average and overall I would say that this is definitely worth it!
