Spoke to the staff on fb- the meatless hotpots can be veganised by opting out of chicken stock. This was the soymilk broth that was really thick and tasty. Gave full stars as I haven’t had anything like it before. It’s enough to share between two small eaters cos there’s banchan and you can add on carbs haha #abillionturns3
