Veggie Buns al Din Tai Fung SouthCenter — Recensione di ploopy/sarah (23 mag 2021)

starting off this din tai fung HAUL with their veggie buns!
first of all, the dough is SO FLUFFY. i don’t know how they do it, probably with magic?
i believe the filling is a mix of (of course) veggies n tiny tofu cubes, a perfect combo! kinda weird looking pic of the filling on the second slide.
they’re super filling and just overall lovely, i highly recommend them! also, din tai fung is super professional and (i’m pretty sure this is common in many of their restaurants, not just mine) you can see the workers make the dumplings, it’s super cool! :))))
