Had Rae’s dark chocolate sea salt cookie in one of her assorted boxes in support of the fundraiser for the COVID-19 predicament India is facing. Really wanted to say that the cookie had a very nice and firm texture that was almost akin to Subway. The palm-sized cookie also did not crumble, and look at how generous Rae was to the dark chocolate🤩
However, I personally feel a tad more salt would be better as it felt like the sea salt taste didn’t get into the dough.
