Falafel Pita al Pita & Olives — Recensione di Rachel Ng (25 apr 2021)

The pita was soft, slightly fluffy and retained a good chew to it! Love how it was wholewheat, giving a more nuanced flavour. The falafels were nicely spiced. What I liked was that they were baked instead of fried, making them a healthier option! However, this took away the ‘crispy’ element of a traditional falafel but I did not mind this at all. The hummus was really fresh and paired so well with the pita. The chilli sauce/paste was a pretty salty, would do without it next time~

*The store uses quite a fair bit of disposables (plastic cutlery, Styrofoam plates etc.) :( but they were very accepting of letting me use my reusable lunchbox! So I highly encourage you to byo if you decide to patronise the store!*
