the combination of ingredients went quite well together imo - am so happy that i finally tried a veg sushi that's not just rice+beancurd skin or rice+cucumber wrapped in seaweed HAHAHA

the sweet potato added a nice sweetness to this (so did the miso sauce); not someone who is a fan of avocadoes but im alright w the mashed avocadoes in this! the flavour isnt overpowering + adds a complementary creamy texture
