Ordered the pomegranate chicken salad but asked for the sous-vide chicken to be swapped out for something vegan. They made the salad with mushrooms instead and I like how that gave the dish a meaty texture while being meat-free! Was craving something light and refreshing, hence ordering a salad - definitely appreciated the crunch and burst of flavour from the pomegranate bits. But what really made me enjoy this dish was the passionfruit dressing a mixed with olive oil, I thought it really elevated the flavours and struck me as pretty unique.
