First time trying something from Soya Rama. These are quite delicious, but needs a little extra something something like a lemon and herb sauce. On their own they are just a tad bland, not bad! Just needs some lemon.
The texture is great though! Not flakey like fish, but I'm not after having exact replicas of animal meats.
They are also weird random shapes and sizes.
Will definitely buy it again though! Good find.
