Vegano Ragu Pizza al Vegan E Meet Italy — Recensione di sunshineyum (she, her) (14 apr 2021)

The ragu is made of cauliflower and walnuts. The texture is good but it does not have much of a taste. The cheese was a bit liquidy, would have preferred a more melty layer for a more authentic pizza feel. Peppers fresh and generous, good sprinkle of chillies, crust good. 🍕
