No, that’s not a bun you see there; rather it’s a mound of hummus shaped like a bun. But, seriously! 😯 👏
Besides the hummus, this burger comprises TWO delicious patties layered with aubergine and caramelised onion, served with tahini sauce (we always ask for it on the side) and a generous side salad. (There was quite a lot of avo in it, but my kids managed to steal half of it in the minute it took me to find my phone to snap a pic 😂)
Bonus: there was a musician playing there tonight, which really created such an awesome vibe 🎸🎤🎶 would’ve loved to stay longer!
Extra bonus: it’s a dog-friendly spot so always some cute furry faces about 🐶
