Petai,or bitter bean is a very acquired taste. I only learnt to eat it not too long ago, when my aunt forced me to see past the smell. It really doesnt taste as bad as it smells. And its superrrrrrrr nutritious.

This dish is a great combination of tofu, the fried pickled radish along with the star of the dish. Good enough to eat it on its own, or to balance it out with plain white rice.

Not advisable to burp while wearing mask after eating this tho. 🤭
