I really loved this.
It tasted more or less like I remember the non-vegan pyttipanna (which is a Swedish dish with pieces of potato, onion and in this case a soybased "meat").
I served it with pickled beetroot, which for me is a must since the flavours work so well together.
I also think there were a good amount in the bag, making it two generous portions.
And it makes an easy dinner since you just have to fry it.
10/10 will definitely buy again!
