Soft Pretzel Mini Buns

I usually prefer sprouted seeded buns... but for a less fibrous, fluffier option these are quite delicious. Made some buffalo sliders with them but am looking forward to loading them up with pulled bbq jackfruit and slaw. Not super nutritious but super cute and fun
