Mongolian Tofu al HakkaChow - Asian Eats — Recensione di Ruth Jeffers (20 mar 2021)

The dish is vegan as is. I got it with extra crispy tofu and added broccoli. Tofu is slightly sweet, nice crunchy outside, soft inside. Cooked with white and green onions. Choice between white and brown rice. It’s so yummy, and it’s enough to have leftovers for a midnight snack.
