ahh this is pretty good! i much prefer chips with salsa rather than queso so i wasn’t sure how i was gonna use this, but i decided to mix it with a bit of water and use that as a mac & cheese sauce.. it tasted delightful! very similar to nacho cheese with pretty simple ingredients too :)
