

Today we went to eat at "El punto". It's a food trucks place with a lot of options including a vegan one, "Mazon Vegano". They have tacos, quesadillas, salads and burgers. We ordered birria tacos with cheese and two different types of quesadilla, "A la baja" which is Marlin stew, cheese, sriracha mayo, purple cabbage and pico de gallo and "A la buffalo" with battered portobello, buffalo sauce, cheese, cream, purple cabbage and pico de gallo. The two quesadillas were very good, I liked "A la Buffalo" the most, it reminded me of an Ensenada-type fish taco (traditional from Baja California) and the birria taco was also delicious, so far the best birria tacos I've ever had. The corn tortillas were made on the spot so it gave an even more special touch to the quesadillas.
