Bought on offer at Warrington Morrisons. I cooked it on the hob, rather than in a microwave (I don't own one). It was quick and simple to prepare, easy to store with a good shelf life, and really looked the part. However, the jackfruit's texture was too soft for my liking (I usually press mine before cooking it) and the flavour was incredibly disappointing. Very bland - seemed underseasoned.
