I’m not too impressed with these. Taste-wise it reminds me a lot of Quest and it’s also rather small for its price ($47.90 for a box of 12). At 40g, it contains only 10.8g of protein. Now, I’m a guy who works out four times a week and I’d prefer a protein bar that has twice that amount of protein. While this is vegan, you’re better off eating a handful of nuts for that same nutritional profile.
