
I've been trying out those spice mixes lately, because I found out that most, if not all, of them are vegan just by themselves, even though the are "meant" for non-vegan meals. But in my fourth year of being vegan, I know that you can veganize almost everything.
This wasn't to difficult in this case, as no meat or dairy products needed to be added. This couscous salad with scallions, cherry tomatoes and cucumber was really good, although it was a little bit so spicy in my opinion.
