Thoroughly enjoyed this pillowy wholemeal pita sandwich. It’s not quite obvious in the photo but the portion of Impossible was pretty substantial and it felt like I was chowing down on a burger. Loved the mess of garlicky tahina and harissa sauce, which was supposed to be spicy but I didn’t detect any hint of heat at all.
