Getting ready for pancake day and trailing these. Very fluffy, bouncy and sweet. Can cook them a variety of ways but I prefer to dry fry in the pan so they stay crispy on the outside amd fluffy and warm in the middle. Top with all your favourite additions, mine are blueberries and squirty cream.
